Introduction

This website offers an alternative to football world rankings. I will be posting historical rankings from the first international in 1871, and eventually working my way towards the present day. Hopefully it will make interesting reading as to who was strong in past decades and who was once minnows that now claim to sit at the top echelons of world football.
